Mary Alice Pike '04
Pike returns to Triangle where she was a former student-athlete and among those in Triangle's first graduating class of seniors (2004). Pike was a standout at Cresset Christian Academy earning three conference player of the year awards, All-Conference, and All-State recognition. Pike was recruited to Liberty University where she played four seasons for the Flames. Pike became a dominant right-side hitter earning Big South Player of the Week honors her junior season and ranking second among the Flames in both kills and assists. Pike graduated Liberty in 2008 with a degree in Kineisology.
Pike has been coaching prep level volleyball at Trinity School of Durham and Chapel Hill, serving as the head coach for the past six years. She also remains active in the adult volleyball scene, playing in the RTP sand leagues. She heads the Sales and Marketing team at Witherspoon Rose Culture in Durham, a family-owned business.
