Emerson Bethel

Bethel (Grubbs) played for Triangle from 12s to 16s and competed on Triangle's first competitive beach team. She also played varsity high school volleyball for all four years at Cary Christian earning both All State and All Conference honors. Bethel attended NC State University and played club volleyball for all four years. She continued playing by participating in Adult Nationals in 2021.

For three years while attending State, Bethel coached in numerous capacities at Cary Christian including MS Head Coach, Assistant HS Varsity Coach and Co-Head Varisty HS Coach.

Bethel graduated NCSU in May 2020 with a BA in Business Administration and also has a minor in Leadership and Sociology. She also received the Poole Leadership Certification. Bethel currently works at CISCO.
