Class size is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

POWERCORE 360® [PC360] - Triangle is one of only a few clubs in the country certified to train PC360, a very effective technology for learning how to hit safer and harder.

The course is progressive in nature and completed over six (6) hours of training. PC360 uses a strict, proprietary curriculum designed to teach proper (safe) attacking with proper hip, torso, and shoulder action -the central innovation is the harness and 'arm action trainer' which allows players to *FEEL* rather than just see or hear.

  11. 6:00pm - 'Play the Game' [11/12 CLUB level] Spring
    • Start time: 6:00pm

    • 'PLAY THE GAME' SERIES, $75 Early-Bird* [Regular: $90]
*Early-bird rate in effect until midnight the day prior to the start of the academy

      Tuesday/Thursday 6-730 PM [4 sessions]
For athletes 11 & 12 [USAV age level] with club playing experience.

Overview: The Play the Game series is designed to teach players to ‘play the game’. The ‘Play the Game’ Series is designed to emphasize the critical elements of reading, ball control, and court movement in smaller group games, specifically 4v4. Each session will consist of a skill emphasis that will be incorporated into a series of small group games that are competitive in nature.

Background: The nature of the 6v6 game at younger ages requires a significant investment of time on proper alignment, serve reception patterns, and systems of play. While important in team development, players in this age group, playing instead 4v4, will greatly benefit from smaller games and a heavier emphasis on Pass-Set-Hit sequences, and proper skill mechanics.
