Triangle Volleyball Club

POWERCORE 360® [PC360] - Triangle is one of only a few clubs in the country with staff certified to train PC360, a very effective technology for learning how to hit safer and harder. The course is progressive in nature and completed in multiple sessions for a total of six (6) hours of training.

To be clear, PC360 is different from a typical attacking class; athletes will NOT be taking a high number of whole skill (jump and swing) attacking reps. Instead, they will follow a strict, proprietary curriculum provided by PC360 that is designed to teach attacking with proper arm, hip, torso, and shoulder action - the central innovation is the harness systems involved [arm action trainer, hip and torso harnesses] which allow players to *FEEL* rather than just see or hear.

PC 360 classes are limited to six (6) participants per court. Most sessions will be held on one (1) therefore overall space is PC 360 is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Curriculum supports multiple ages and abilities.
