VERTICAL JUMP TRAINING |
JUMP is a vertical jump training program designed for the elite volleyball athlete and is one important component of a comprehensive volleyball training regimen. Our program utilizes training methods and specialized equipment including three (3) VertiMax™ training platforms, to enhance the speed, power, and jumping ability of participants. Participants receive:
Supervised strength training designed to increase vertical jump
Increased first-step quickness and burst speed
Mental toughness training and a competitive edge
Reduced injury potential
JUMP participants must be at least 13 years old with a solid base of core strength and fitness.
POWER, AGILITY, CORE TRAINING [PACT]
PACT serves to train and educate student-athletes on the importance of fitness, conditioning, and flexibility in preventing injury and achieving the performance standards necessary to excel in the sport of volleyball. PACT addresses the following:

SUMMER WORK OUTS for COLLEGE-BOUND/NEARLY COLLEGE-BOUND ATHLETES
Corey Johnson, CPT provides summer workout support for athletes preparing for a collegiate volleyball experience. Graduating seniors receive technical instruction and support for the summer program provided by their college. Younger athletes [rising 16-18's only] will be provided a preparatory collegiate workout and accompaning technical instruction and support.
NOTE: This program is physically demanding and for athletes with a solid base of core strength and fitness.
Schedule: Tuesday/Thursday, July 9-25, 1-2 PM
Tuition: $120 Early-Bird, $130 Regular, 6-one hour sessions
No prorates. Drop-in not recommended.
