VERTICAL JUMP TRAINING |
JUMP is a vertical jump training program designed for the elite volleyball athlete. JUMP began as a pilot program for in-season maintenance in the winter of 2009 with tremendous success. Jump training is one important component of the elite volleyball player's overall training regimen. Our program utilizes thousands of dollars of specialized equipment, including three (3) VertiMax training platforms, to enhance the speed, power, and jumping ability of participants. Participants receive:
Supervised strength training designed to increase vertical jump
Increased first-step quickness and burst speed
Mental toughness training and a competitive edge
Reduced injury potential
