Competition Venue
MAPL Raleigh 2010 will take place in Halls A, B, and C of the Raleigh Convention
Center in downtown Raleigh.

Event Parking
Event parking is available throughout the downtown area for $7 (no in-and-out
privileges). Limited free street parking is available.
Spectator Admission
Admission for spectators is $3 per day or $5 for both days. Tickets can be
purchased in Rm. 205 on Friday night (Feb 5) from 6-9 PM, or Saturday and Sunday
beginning at 7 AM at the entrance to Hall B.
Tournament Guides & T-Shirts
Official program guides are available at the event for $5. The guides contain
event information, tournament flows, and rosters for participating teams. As
information is downloaded directly from AES, Triangle is not responsible for the
accuracy of team rosters. The management of this information is the
responsibility of each participating club through AES. A limited supply of
tournament t-shirts are available at the RCC for $10.
Team Check-In
All teams must check-in. Early check-in is located in RCC Rm. 205 on Friday, Feb
5 from 6-9 PM. Regular check-in is Saturday, Feb 6 from 7-11 AM also in Rm. 205.
Teams are required to show medical releases for team at check-in. Coaches will
receive entrance credentials at team check-in. Teams will not be able to
practice on Friday at RCC.
Athletic Training
Certified athletic trainers on-site from Professional Sports Medicine and
Athletic Training Consultant Services, Inc. Athletic training is sponsored by
Southeastern Orthopedic.
Balls, Coolers, Stadium
Chairs, Large Baggage
Coolers, stadium chairs, and large baggage are not allowed inside or outside of
the RCC (lobby, playing venue, sidewalks). Team 'camping' is prohibited by RCC.
Volleyballs and ball carts for team warm-up and competition are provided by
Molten USA and Triangle Volleyball Club. There is no need to bring additional
balls to the event.
Concessions
Concessions for MAPL Raleigh on-site at RCC are provided by Centerplate. No
outside food or drink is allowed in the playing venue.
Coaches' Hospitality
College recruiters and all team coaches at MAPL Raleigh are welcome to take
advantage of the hospitality room in the Raleigh Suite at the Marriott.

Guinness World Record
Attempt
Friday, February 5 (730 PM, RCC Hall B) - All MAPL student-athletes and coaches
are invited to participate in a world record attempt for consecutive volleyball

Saturday, February 6 (6-730 PM, RCC Rm 201) - This recruiting panel will be
co-hosted by Triangle and VA Elite and moderated by Tom Lowrey (President, VA
