These popular camps enhance your skills using high repetition training, and teach you how to make the most of your middle school team tryout.       SATURDAY LUNCH BREAK: 12noon-1pm. Athletes to bring own lunch.

      Attendees: Middle & rising middle school boys & girls with some volleyball experience.

      CLASSIC Series Information: The Classic Series includes all-skills and skill-specific camps designed to help intermediate level players sharpen individual skills and decision-making in order to develop a competitive edge. Technical information and coaching expertise is derived from the same championship techniques and style of play taught in our nationally recognized junior club program.

  11. 3:00pm - AP Groups [4 courts]
    • Start time: 3:00pm

    • Advanced Placement Groups is for high school aged girls [15-18]. There are two components: AP Positional training and AP PACT. Athletes can opt to participate in both or just one of the other.

      For the positional training athletes must possess the following at a minimum:
      • Mastery of positional fundamentals
      • Significant high level playing experience/club volleyball
      • Solid physical condition
      • A strong work ethic

      General rules for AP Group participation:
      • Interested athletes must apply for AP Groups. There is no guarantee of acceptance.
      • Athletes must attend the AP Group for their PRIMARY position only. There are no exceptions.
      • The actual time on your AP Group training will depend on Group placement. You must be flexible and attend at the time instructed.
      • Do NOT APPLY if you do not meet the requirements. Contact us info@trianglevolleyball.org, 919-544-9400 for more information.

      Application period open until Friday, July 18 at 11pm; Visit our website for application link.
      Athletes will be informed of placement by 5pm on Monday July 21st

      AP Positional Group training involves:
      • Small group [6-8], high coach:athlete ratio
      • College preparatory technical content
      • Live, fast-paced environment
      • High quality reps and feedback
      • Game-like, competitive format
      • OPTIONAL AP-PACT add-on [see below]

      With each position AP Group there is an OPTIONAL AP-PACT add on.
      • AP-PACT will offer next level physical conditioning training with an emphasis on power. AP PACT utilizes introductory weight lifting techniques, vertical jump training and additional strength and conditioning components to provide a college preparatory workout experience.
      • The AP-PACT add-on will occur in the hour immediately following the athlete's AP Group positional session.
      • You cannot opt to attend AP-PACT prior to your AP Group positional session.

      • Time of your athlete's session will be solely determined by group placement; no special request. Class size is limited and enrollment is based on application approval by program director.

      HOURLY FEES [include all positional and AP-PACT add-ons]:

      All-In 10 Pack [AP Group and AP PACT] for $300 members [$350 non-members]
      • $35/hour for 5-9 hours [Non-members: $40/hour]
      • $45/hour for 2-4 hours [Non-members: $50/hour]
      • $50/hour for 1 hour [Non-members: $55/hour]
      Fees due in advance based on athlete application, no drop-ins
